What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Off-Plan in Dubai Real Estate or Sales/Bank
Background
- Excellent communication skills in English and additional language is a bonus
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
- Must be ambitious and hardworking with strong work ethics
- Able to bounce back from rejections, and solve problems creatively
- Must have a UAE Driving License & own car.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and outlook.
- Good at networking and building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Punctual, optimistic, trustworthy, ambitious, and can-do attitude.
What are the Agent Responsibilities:
- Contacting leads on time and qualifying their request.
- Conducting meetings and zoom calls with clients.
- Providing clients with market analytics and offering best suitable options.
- Preparing investment portfolio for clients
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis is a must
- Concluding deals
- Constantly developing sales knowledge and market trends
